1) Services & Appointments

Whink Lash Studio provides eyelash extension services and related beauty services. Appointment availability, pricing, and service descriptions may change without notice.

2) Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a $25 fee.

3) Payments & Refunds

Payments or deposits may be required to secure an appointment. Refunds (if any) are handled according to our posted policies and applicable law.

4) User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website/forms or attempt unauthorized access to any systems.

5) Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including text, logos, and images) is owned by CBY Artistry LLC d/b/a Whink Lash Studio or used with permission. You may not use, copy, or reproduce content without written permission.

9) Mobile Messaging Terms (SMS)

Program Overview

If you choose to opt in to receive text messages from Whink Lash Studio, you may receive appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and customer support messages related to your lash services. Promotional messages (if offered) are sent only if you separately opt in.

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your appointments, requests, and account activity.

Fees & Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier and service availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-In / Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you authorize Whink Lash Studio to send text messages to the number you provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to rejoin, opt in again through the original method.
