Whink Lash Studio is a trade name (DBA) of CBY Artistry LLC (“Company”). These Terms govern your use of Whink Lash Studio services provided by the Company.

1. Services & Appointments
Whink Lash Studio provides lash services and related beauty services. Appointment availability, pricing, and service descriptions may change without notice.

2. Booking, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Cancellations/reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee of $100.

3. Payments & Refunds
Payments may be required to secure an appointment. Refunds (if any) are handled according to our posted policies and applicable law.

4. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the website/forms or attempt unauthorized access to systems.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (text, logos, images) is owned by CBY Artistry LLC d/b/a Whink Lash Studio or used with permission.

6. Disclaimer
